Principal Duties and functions:
Plan, organize and direct overall sales
program strategies that are consistent with the company
objectives
Relationship building, prospecting,
sales presentations, proposals and telemarketing to establish
and maintain current and potential customers
Develop and
implement a sound business plan to attain a position of
market prominence within the defined region while meeting
sales objectives
Forecast sales volume and profitability
to assist procurement in inventory planning
works hand in
hand with inside sales/Regional sales manager to provide
all aspects of customer service and support in a specific
area and is responsible for that market performance
Job Specifics:
A confident, personable and
dynamic individual with passion for their business. Must
have a strategic selling approach with proven ability to
seek and identify new opportunities with existing and potential
customers. Proficiency in prospecting and qualifying accounts
is a must.
A highly motivated person who is self driven and
resourceful
Aptitude for cold calling with the ability to
identify sales opportunities
Outstanding oral and written
communications in English, to effectively listen to customers
needs and explain the company's offering.
Ability to remain
calm under pressure and handle customers requests, questions,
objections and complaints in a professional manner
Ability
to work effectively as a team member, while exhibiting
strong multitasking talent
Desire to move up in the organization
A
college degree with at least 2 years of telecommunications
equipment sales
Must be PC-literate with a strong working
knowledge of Microsoft office.
